first install this [link] I'd go with the BETA one then after you have it installed, open up the window by clicking the rain drop located in the toolbar by your clock. After that, simply find the meter you want in the list and double click the file to load it, then you can move it freely wherever you please

Some reason it wont work
I got rain meter 3.0
and when I hit install for this mod it just doesnt do anything :c

did you activate it? If you are new to Rainmeter go into your active services (over by your clock) and you should see a raindrop. double click and hit refresh all (if it isn't showing up) find the meter you want turned on and expand the folder and double click the .ini file and it will appear on your desktop where you can move it around

what Operating system do you have? Is it Vista? Someone keeps telling me it doesn't matter if I convert it to separate O/S's so I tried so I may have to just convert it
